EzyHelpers acts as a facilitator between the Consumer & Agent which sources which matches and shortlists the Domestic Helper’s as per the consumer requirements

You will get upto 3 replacements in a year.

All the Domestic Helper’s are given a basic training before being placed.

Every employer will be given 3 days trial to accept or reject the Domestic Helper. From the 4th day,the Domestic Helper will be considered as accepted by default if not rejected and will be entitled to receive the month’s salary.

In case of unsatisfied Customer needs to provide minimum 7 days advance notice to EzyHelpers. Any replacement may take minimum 5 days owing to crunch of skilled and verified Domestic Helper’s in town

Regarding Domestic Helper’s monthly salary , EzyHelpers will raise a monthly invoice by 25th of every month with Bank details for Domestic Helper’s salary to be credited by 3rd of next month.

While on the trial period if the employer isn’t satisfied with the Domestic Helper and would like to terminate then they are entitled to pay the Domestic Helper on Pro- Rata basis.Here there will be no service fee charged either by the Agent or the facilitator.

Domestic Helper will be applicable for 2 leaves per month which can be carry forward for maximum amonth.
