Junior HR Executive

This is not a desk-only HR role. You will onboard domestic helpers end to end (verification, documentation, CHAP), support hiring for internal roles (sales, field, ops), maintain trackers and MIS, and coordinate tightly with sourcing and field so requirement → onboarding → placement stays fast. You care about accuracy, compliance, and a positive, disciplined workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Own helper onboarding and documentation: Aadhaar and checks per process, complete files, accurate CHAP records; align with sourcing and field for profile readiness.
  • Support internal recruitment: scheduling, candidate coordination, pipeline tracking, and fast hiring TAT for roles such as sales executives and field officers.
  • Maintain HR operations and MIS: joiners, active employees, attrition, attendance and leaves; weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Track employee and helper lifecycle: induction, issues, replacements, and churn signals.
  • Support compliance with verification standards and HR policies; keep audit-ready records.
  • Coordinate daily with sales (requirements), sourcing (pipeline), and field officers (ground validation) to remove handoff delays.
  • Support engagement initiatives, employee queries, and a respectful, high-discipline culture.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline; HR, BBA, or MBA is a plus.
  • 0–2 years experience; freshers with strong execution and follow-through are welcome.
  • Strong communication in Hindi and basic English; Kannada is a plus.
  • High ownership, accountability, and coordination skills; comfortable with pace and multitasking.
  • Daily reporting discipline and responsiveness.
  • Full-time, work from office in Bangalore (HSR Layout).

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to HR, recruitment, or operations.
  • Blue-collar or high-volume hiring experience.
  • Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets.
