Don’t worry, we have got your back. In case you are not comfortable with the care buddy, you can reach out to our care heroes within 3 days of trial period, a replacement will be offered to you at no extra charge.

Our care buddies are carefully selected via our screening process. Background checks are mandatory for every care buddy. We hire people from similar backgrounds who have at least 3-5 years of experience in catering, caring for a senior citizen.
