What happens after you register
Our team calls you
Within 2-3 business days of your submission, we call to confirm your details, the kind of work you want, your expected salary, and when you can start. If your phone is often busy, we try again; keep the number you registered with reachable.
Verification
We verify your ID and address, run a court-record check, and call the references or previous employers you shared. Then we meet you in person for an interview and a short skill assessment matched to the work you want, such as cooking, housekeeping, or childcare.
Training
You receive training aligned with HMCGSSC under Skill India: housekeeping methods, kitchen hygiene, safe practices around children and the elderly, and workplace etiquette. Trained helpers qualify for better-paying roles, especially in childcare and elder care.
Matching and interviews
When a family needs your skills in your preferred area and schedule, we arrange an interview. You can say no to a role that does not suit you; refusing one match does not remove you from our list.
Placement with a written agreement
Every placement is recorded in writing: your wage, working hours, weekly off, and duties. The family must pay your agreed salary on time, directly to you, and treat you with dignity. You always keep your own ID documents.
What you should know before joining
Registering with EzyHelpers is free, and so is placement. Our income comes from a one-time fee that the family pays us, never from your salary. If any agent asks you for money to get a job through EzyHelpers, refuse and report it to us. Your full salary is paid directly to you, with no monthly deductions.
During a placement you are covered by a group personal-accident policy that EzyHelpers funds. We also support you in registering on the National Database of Unorganised Workers through the government’s e-Shram portal, which opens access to social security schemes. Registration there needs only your Aadhaar, a mobile number, and bank details.
Women helpers working in Bangalore can stay at Nest, our women-only hostel, between jobs, when arriving from another city, or when an employer travels. It offers short-term and long-term stays with meals.
Our placements today are in Bangalore and Bareilly. If you live in another state, most opportunities are live-in roles in Bangalore where the family provides food and accommodation. Live-in work pays more but means living away from your own home, so discuss it with your family before you accept. If you want work only in a town we do not serve yet, we cannot place you for now, and we will tell you that on the first call rather than keep you waiting.
Verification exists to protect both sides. Families let a stranger into their home on the strength of your verified profile, and you walk into a household that has signed a written agreement about your pay and your weekly off. Helpers with complete documents and reachable references get placed noticeably faster, so gather those before our call.
Common questions from helpers
Do I have to pay anything to get a job?
No. Registration, verification, training, and placement are all free for helpers. The family pays EzyHelpers a one-time fee; nothing is deducted from your salary, ever.
When and how do I get paid?
The family pays your salary directly to you, at the amount agreed in the written placement agreement before you start. The agreement requires payment on time. If it is delayed, contact us and we take it up with the family.
Can I choose the kind of work and the area?
Yes. You tell us the roles you want, the hours you can work, and the areas you can reach, and we only propose matches within that. You can refuse a role that does not suit you without losing your place on our list.
What if I have no experience certificates?
Certificates help but are not required. Phone numbers of previous employers work as references, and our in-person skill assessment lets you show what you can do. First-time workers can start with training and entry-level roles.
