About the role
EzyHelpers is looking for passionate, confident, and proactive people to help us recruit domestic helpers, caregivers, babysitters, cooks, and housekeeping staff from local cities and nearby villages — serving Bengaluru and other locations.
The ideal candidate is comfortable travelling locally, meeting people, building grassroots connections, and sourcing reliable helpers. This role combines work-from-home flexibility with hands-on field work in your local area, giving you direct impact on candidate sourcing for one of India's fastest-growing domestic staffing platforms.
What you'll do
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Find and recruit domestic helpers and caregivers from local cities and villages.
- Source candidates across multiple roles: Housekeeping, Baby Care, Elderly Care, Cooking, Live-in Helpers, and Caregivers.
- Build partnerships with local agents, villages, training centres, and communities.
- Conduct helper screening and provide onboarding support.
- Coordinate closely with the Bengaluru operations team.
- Drive mobilisation and referral hiring programs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through field visits and references.
What we're looking for
Skills and experience required
- Hindi is a must — proficiency is essential for this role.
- Good communication skills.
- Local language knowledge preferred.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Strong convincing and networking skills.
- Experience in recruitment, sales, field work, or manpower hiring is preferred.
- Freshers with strong local connections are welcome to apply.
Nice to have
Bonus points if you have these
- Prior experience as a recruiter, mobiliser, or BD executive in staffing, NGO, microfinance, insurance, or skill-mission programmes.
- Existing relationships with local agents, training institutes, panchayats, or community groups.
- Experience sourcing candidates from villages and tier-2/3 towns for metro placements.
- Smartphone literacy — WhatsApp, basic CRM, photo upload, Google Maps.
- A second regional language beyond Hindi.
