About the role
Home Nursing Assistants are our most clinical field role. You make scheduled visits to patients’ homes — typically 1–2 hours per visit, 4–6 visits a day — to do the procedures that a patient care attendant cannot: IV infusions, injections, catheter changes, active wound dressings, NG tube management. You work under the oversight of our consulting clinical nurse, and we maintain a strict scope-of-practice for what you can and cannot do solo. Documentation is rigorous — every visit ends with a signed note shared with the family and the treating doctor. If you’ve trained as an ANM or GNM and want a stable, daytime role outside hospital shift work, this is one of the best home-care job patterns in Bangalore.
