About the role
Care Supervisors are the field arm of our quality system. You visit 15 to 20 active placements every two weeks — sit with the patient and family, review the caregiver’s logs, observe the room, ask the questions the family doesn’t think to ask, and report what you find back to our central team. It’s not a desk job. You’re on a scooter for 6 hours a day across Bangalore, in conversation for the rest. The work demands a clinical instinct, a soft voice, and the ability to spot a small problem before it becomes a complaint. We pair you with a Clinical Care Manager you call when something needs more than your judgement alone.
