Vendor & Partner Onboarding Specialist

Care placements often need more than just a caregiver. An ambulance to bring the patient home from hospital. A physiotherapist to visit twice a week. An air mattress on rent for a bedridden patient. An ECG machine for a cardiac case. A pharmacy that delivers same-day. The Vendor Onboarding Specialist builds and maintains the network of partners that fills these needs. You source candidates, run them through our verification and quality check, sign them up on commercial terms, train their teams on our SLAs, and review their performance monthly. Where they fail, you replace them. Where they succeed, you expand the relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Source vendors across categories: ambulance, physiotherapy, equipment rental, pharmacy, lab pickup, geriatricians.
  • Run vendor verification: company registration, GST, insurance, references, on-site visit.
  • Negotiate commercial terms — pricing, SLAs, exclusivity, billing cadence.
  • Onboard partner teams on our process — escalation card, response SLAs, billing.
  • Maintain the partner directory and route requests to the right vendor.
  • Track partner performance against SLA every week.
  • Run monthly partner reviews — top performers get more volume; under-performers get warnings.
  • Handle vendor escalations and family complaints involving vendors.
  • Maintain commercial paperwork — agreements, renewals, indemnities.
  • Identify gaps in the partner network and proactively source.
  • Negotiate volume discounts as we grow.
  • Document the entire vendor lifecycle in our operations playbook.

Requirements

  • 2+ years vendor management, partnership operations, or B2B account management.
  • Comfort with commercial negotiation and contract paperwork.
  • Spoken Kannada + Hindi + English.
  • Two-wheeler for vendor site visits.
  • Process discipline — clean documentation, contract version control, SLA tracking.
  • Polished judgement — you’re the company’s face to many small businesses.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets and basic CRM.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in hospital procurement, hospitality vendor management, or aggregator (Urban Company, Practo) operations.
  • Healthcare vendor network in Bangalore.
  • Comfort reading basic financial documents (vendor balance sheets, GST returns).
  • Familiarity with NABH or hospital quality standards.

Shift

  • Daytime — 9 AM to 6 PM, 6 days/week. Sundays off.

Compensation & benefits

  • ₹40,000–₹65,000 / month.
  • Travel + fuel allowance ₹4,000/month.
  • Smartphone + data plan.
  • Group medical insurance (family floater).
  • Annual leave (20 days).
  • Festival bonus + annual performance bonus.
  • Quarterly off-sites.

Career path

  • Year 1 · Vendor & Partner Onboarding Specialist.
  • Year 1–2 · Senior Vendor Operations Lead.
  • Year 2+ · Head of Operations / Head of Partnerships (₹70k–1.2L/month).
