Responsibilities
- Source vendors across categories: ambulance, physiotherapy, equipment rental, pharmacy, lab pickup, geriatricians.
- Run vendor verification: company registration, GST, insurance, references, on-site visit.
- Negotiate commercial terms — pricing, SLAs, exclusivity, billing cadence.
- Onboard partner teams on our process — escalation card, response SLAs, billing.
- Maintain the partner directory and route requests to the right vendor.
- Track partner performance against SLA every week.
- Run monthly partner reviews — top performers get more volume; under-performers get warnings.
- Handle vendor escalations and family complaints involving vendors.
- Maintain commercial paperwork — agreements, renewals, indemnities.
- Identify gaps in the partner network and proactively source.
- Negotiate volume discounts as we grow.
- Document the entire vendor lifecycle in our operations playbook.
Requirements
- 2+ years vendor management, partnership operations, or B2B account management.
- Comfort with commercial negotiation and contract paperwork.
- Spoken Kannada + Hindi + English.
- Two-wheeler for vendor site visits.
- Process discipline — clean documentation, contract version control, SLA tracking.
- Polished judgement — you’re the company’s face to many small businesses.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and basic CRM.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in hospital procurement, hospitality vendor management, or aggregator (Urban Company, Practo) operations.
- Healthcare vendor network in Bangalore.
- Comfort reading basic financial documents (vendor balance sheets, GST returns).
- Familiarity with NABH or hospital quality standards.
Shift
- Daytime — 9 AM to 6 PM, 6 days/week. Sundays off.
Compensation & benefits
- ₹40,000–₹65,000 / month.
