City Head – Bareilly

Bareilly is an owned city business for EzyHelpers. You run P&L and monthly targets on placements and margins, build local demand through inbound, societies, and marketing, and keep helper supply aligned with sales. You lead sales, sourcing, and field officers, enforce verification and CHAP discipline, and grow through apartments, agents, and local influencers.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue, cost, and profitability; hit monthly placement and margin targets; improve unit economics.
  • Build and manage local lead channels; convert inbound, society partnerships, and marketing into closed business.
  • Ensure consistent quality helper supply; manage sourcing and field officers; maintain supply–demand balance.
  • Optimise requirement → onboarding → placement flow; minimise escalations and improve satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and manage sales, sourcing, and field teams with daily performance tracking.
  • Ensure verification and documentation completeness; maintain CHAP hygiene.
  • Expand via apartments, agents, and local partners with a clear city growth plan.

Requirements

  • Graduate; MBA preferred.
  • Roughly 3–7 years in operations, sales, or business roles with team and target ownership.
  • Business acumen and comfort with P&L-style thinking.
  • Problem-solving mindset and high ownership.
  • Based in or able to work full-time from Bareilly.

Nice to have

  • Tier-2 / tier-3 city operating experience.
  • Domestic help or services category exposure.
