Responsibilities
- Own revenue, cost, and profitability; hit monthly placement and margin targets; improve unit economics.
- Build and manage local lead channels; convert inbound, society partnerships, and marketing into closed business.
- Ensure consistent quality helper supply; manage sourcing and field officers; maintain supply–demand balance.
- Optimise requirement → onboarding → placement flow; minimise escalations and improve satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and manage sales, sourcing, and field teams with daily performance tracking.
- Ensure verification and documentation completeness; maintain CHAP hygiene.
- Expand via apartments, agents, and local partners with a clear city growth plan.
Requirements
- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Roughly 3–7 years in operations, sales, or business roles with team and target ownership.
- Business acumen and comfort with P&L-style thinking.
- Problem-solving mindset and high ownership.
- Based in or able to work full-time from Bareilly.
Nice to have
- Tier-2 / tier-3 city operating experience.
- Domestic help or services category exposure.
