Responsibilities
- Own city revenue and profitability; drive placements, margins, and operational efficiency.
- Build demand through local marketing, apartment and society tie-ups, and referral networks with strong conversion discipline.
- Build supply pipelines (agents, field networks) and ensure availability of verified, profile-ready helpers.
- Run the placement lifecycle end to end: requirement → matching → placement → support; improve closure speed and satisfaction.
- Hire, coach, and manage sales, sourcing, and field teams with clear daily accountability.
- Ensure verification and documentation SOPs are followed and CHAP / internal systems stay clean.
- Drive local partnerships and brand trust so EzyHelpers is a preferred name for domestic help in Chennai.
Requirements
- Graduate; MBA is a plus.
- Roughly 3–7 years combining sales and operations execution, ideally with team management.
- Understanding of local market dynamics and ability to execute on the ground.
- Leadership skills: clarity, follow-through, and performance culture.
- Based in or able to relocate to Chennai full-time.
