Responsibilities
- Own city P&L: placements, revenue, margins, and cost efficiency; improve unit economics over time.
- Generate consistent demand through society tie-ups, referrals, local marketing, and disciplined sales conversion.
- Ensure helper availability: sourcing channels, field officers, and a healthy supply–demand balance.
- Run operations for a fast placement cycle with fewer escalations and delays; protect customer experience.
- Lead the local team across sales, sourcing, and field; set targets, track performance, and drive accountability.
- Uphold verification, documentation, and process compliance; keep system records accurate and audit-ready.
- Build partnerships with societies, agents, and local networks to expand presence across Ghaziabad.
Requirements
- Graduate.
- Roughly 3–6 years in sales, operations, or business roles with ownership of outcomes and targets.
- Proven ability to lead small teams and manage execution, not only planning.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a growing market.
- Based in or able to work full-time from Ghaziabad.
Nice to have
- Experience in domestic staffing, home services, or marketplace city ops in India.
- Exposure to P&L reporting, funnel metrics, and partnership-led growth.
