Responsibilities
- Own monthly targets on placements, revenue, and contribution margins; optimise unit economics (e.g. CAC, cost per placement).
- Scale demand: digital and local partnerships, society activations, referrals; manage lead → conversion funnel with central marketing alignment.
- Own helper acquisition: sourcing team and field officers, agent and referral networks, healthy supply–demand ratio.
- Drive operations excellence across requirement → sourcing → onboarding → placement → post-placement; reduce TAT, replacements, and escalations.
- Hire, train, and manage sales, sourcing, and field teams with high accountability and daily performance tracking.
- Enforce verification and compliance (e.g. Aadhaar, e-court where applicable), documentation completeness, and disciplined CHAP updates.
- Expand via societies, RWAs, agents, and influencers; identify micro-markets for growth within Hyderabad.
Requirements
- Graduate; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Roughly 3–7 years across operations, sales, and/or business management with mandatory experience managing teams and targets.
- Strong grasp of P&L and business metrics; data-informed decision making.
- High ownership, problem-solving, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Based in or able to relocate to Hyderabad full-time.
Nice to have
- Marketplace or high-volume services experience in India.
- Prior ownership of a geography or P&L line.
