Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive growth and city-level P&L: revenue, margins, and profitability.
- Scale high-quality leads through digital, partnerships, and on-ground activations; lift conversion consistently.
- Build sourcing pipelines and ensure strong availability of verified helpers.
- Run seamless placement journeys: reduce turnaround time and escalations.
- Build and manage a high-performance local team with clear accountability.
- Develop partnerships with premium societies and networks; strengthen referral flywheels.
Requirements
- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Roughly 4–8 years in sales, operations, or general management with leadership experience.
- Strong execution bias and comfort owning targets end to end.
- Data-driven decision making on funnel, unit economics, and supply health.
- Based in or able to work full-time from Delhi.
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer services, staffing, or marketplace businesses in metros.
