City Head – Delhi

Delhi demands sharp execution at scale. You will own growth targets, revenue and city-level profitability, and the operating rhythm that connects demand, supply, placements, and customer experience. You build and lead a high-performance local team, deepen partnerships with premium societies and referral ecosystems, and use data to steer CAC, LTV, and supply–demand balance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive growth and city-level P&L: revenue, margins, and profitability.
  • Scale high-quality leads through digital, partnerships, and on-ground activations; lift conversion consistently.
  • Build sourcing pipelines and ensure strong availability of verified helpers.
  • Run seamless placement journeys: reduce turnaround time and escalations.
  • Build and manage a high-performance local team with clear accountability.
  • Develop partnerships with premium societies and networks; strengthen referral flywheels.

Requirements

  • Graduate; MBA preferred.
  • Roughly 4–8 years in sales, operations, or general management with leadership experience.
  • Strong execution bias and comfort owning targets end to end.
  • Data-driven decision making on funnel, unit economics, and supply health.
  • Based in or able to work full-time from Delhi.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consumer services, staffing, or marketplace businesses in metros.
